Ally Bosak
Before I became a real estate broker in 2018, I worked in healthcare, logistics management, and the most rewarding job of raising three spunky girls. I was drawn to real estate by the prospect of helping others find a place they can call home. It's a great privilege to be able to help someone with one of the most important transactions in their life. My top priority is making sure my clients are not only satisfied, but genuinely happy with the whole process. I will make sure to carefully listen to your wants and needs to ensure we can achieve the outcome you want. I can promise you my dependability, intimate knowledge of the region, as well as my warm and friendly nature. In addition, I have a proven track record of helping my buyer clients win in multiple-offer situations in our competitive market. I’m based out of the John L. Scott office in Bothell but often help buyer and seller clients in a range of areas including North King County, Snohomish County, and the Eastside. When working with sellers, I bring a proven range of winning strategies to the table, including pricing the home correctly, orchestrating a Seller Listing Launch, hiring a phenomenal photographer to capture high-quality images and videos, creating a virtual tour, optimizing social media promotion, and more.
Outside of real estate, I love hiking, skiing, reading, exploring the Pacific Northwest with my family, baking, and eating my baked goods! Giving back is also very important to me – and I do so with both my time and finances. Some of the areas where I have volunteered and given back over the years include the Ronald McDonald House, soup kitchens, Threads & Treads, youth programs at my church, and spreading holiday joy at nursing homes.
Mill Creek
Mill Creek is a planned city that was originally designed around a golf course and country club. But the town has grown over the past three decades to become a vibrant community with plenty of ways to stay active and connected to neighbors. Mill Creek is about 20 miles to the north and east of Seattle, so all that the both Seattle and the east side offer are at your fingertips. And with both Puget Sound and the Cascade Mountains just a short drive away, year-round activities abound. But there are so many reasons to stay put. The Mill Creek Town Center features more than 80 restaurants and shops, and it has been named Washington State’s top “lifestyle center.” Mill Creek residents and folks from nearby towns flock here for dining ranging from frozen yogurt and Starbucks to more upscale fare and wine shops, and shopping for gifts, eye glasses, groceries and more. The open air, pedestrian friendly Town Center also hosts a summer concert series, a monthly art walk, and various seasonal events throughout the year. Nature lovers take advantage of 23 miles of trails that run throughout the city. Neighborhood and community parks offer opportunities to get outside. The new Arena Sports and Entertainment center will feature indoor fields, a family entertainment center, laser tag, rock climbing, bowling, and arcade games.
